The website processes user data. We process user data exclusively for the purposes explained in this data protection statement and for the purposes stated at the time the data is recorded. These purposes primarily include handling registrations, inquiries, providing, personalizing, developing, and securing our services. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of contract conclusion and execution and to maintain contacts, based on:
a) Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the GDPR, when processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, taking steps prior to entering into a contract, and fulfilling a legal obligation, e.g., related to archiving,
b) Article 6(1)(f) when processing is necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests, provided we always strive to balance our legitimate interest with your fundamental rights and freedoms (verification of submitted offers, verification of your data in public registers, enabling contact, preventing fraud, criminal activity, establishing or defending claims).

DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Users’ personal data will be retained as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this data protection statement, particularly to fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. We may also retain users’ personal data for other purposes, e.g., as long as the law permits us to retain it for certain purposes, including defending legal claims.

We are a Multi-Sales Platform connecting clients with needs and offers of products and services from large and medium-sized enterprises in the field of Poland’s Energy Transformation. Our main goal is to support energy-efficient activities aligned with the EU’s climate policy, primarily in the industry, construction, energy, and heating sectors.
