The main topic of the meeting focused on developing a unified strategy between ministries and businesses to drive the green transformation.
The Council’s Chair, Senator Adam Szejnfeld, emphasized the historical significance of this process:
“Poland has undergone two major revolutions – a systemic transformation that ended the socialist era and introduced democracy, and an economic transformation that transitioned from a centrally planned economy to a market economy. Now, we face the third great revolution – the energy transformation.”
Congress Agenda
The Polish Climate Congress will take place on March 25–26, 2025, in Warsaw. The event will feature thematic sessions, panel discussions, expert presentations, and networking opportunities. Accompanying events will include the Energy Transformation Leaders Gala 2025.
The Congress will focus on the latest investment trends in the context of the European climate strategy, as well as on business collaboration opportunities and operational management of the green transformation. The agenda spans two days of debates covering investments, business opportunities, and challenges in implementing climate strategies.
Importance of the Congress
The climate and energy transformation is the largest and most costly economic endeavor on a global scale. Its implementation requires close cooperation among stakeholders – businesses, local governments, and non-governmental organizations. The Polish Climate Congress distinguishes itself through its business-oriented nature and practical approach to strategic issues.
Participating in the Congress offers a unique opportunity to gain up-to-date knowledge, establish critical connections, and exchange experiences with transformation leaders. The event serves as a platform for dialogue and the development of joint solutions in the field of green transformation, benefiting both the economy and the environment.
